Got an email from one of my clients that the RoAS is showing a 0. I'm checking the other vida accounts now and does appear none of the Ads data is being shown

I'm going through the Vida kids account (Vida 1P) and noticing that the Ads data for the brand aren't being shown. Which then doesn't show the YoY Comps. This is affecting all the Vida 1P accounts from what I can see

"Surcharge Fees" in Inventory - Seller Central showing as $0 when Amazon FBA reports show that there is an estimated surcharge. For example: Fownes Account 3P - ASIN B0DXPTZTTH showing $77.09 in surcharge on FBA but Purvey shows $0. It does however pull the total (Estimated surcharge + storage fee) correctly as "Estimated Monthly Storage Fees". Issue is that it does not show the surcharge fee separately.

Hi Team, I'm seeing the Puma Mexico marketplace dashboard, and the shipped revenue data does not match the one on VC, I'm seeing $5,166,114.42 on VC and 1,650,472.84 on Purvey. Hit me up on slack if you need anything else

data for olukai is not appearing for January 2024 or January 2025, while otherwise present when toggling between 1 recent year and 2 recent years. could be coded as previous 12/24 months vs looking back for the calendar year of data.

When we do YTD view on New Balance - 3P, it also shows Terramar Sports Apparel. We believe it's because we changed the name from Terramar Sports Apparel to New Balance - 3P, and the system grabs both in YTD view.

When export SKU which starts with 0 - 0 are being removed.
