When viewing the Gross profit tile in sales and traffic there should be a button to redirect you to import your COGS. Basically you would click "Import COGS" and it would show you exactly where to go to import or allow you to import it directly from that screen.

Have a report/tile that illustrates the total lost business due to out of stock products. Basically we would look at inventory for each ASIN and calculate the number of days that the inventory available is flagged to 0 then take the past 12 months average selling history and calculate what business was lost multiplying the average selling per day x the number of days the inventory has been set to 0

If the currency being displayed is in USD I dont think we need to have the (i) button showing the currency conversion to USD

Questionnaire when requesting to cancel - another shot to get feedback from the user

Ability to pull customer insights (i.e. location, phone number, etc)

Ability to toggle between dollar amount and percent to revenue of settlement items

Instead of a pencil on each tile, can we move the button next to the date range selector? This button would bring up the personalization options for tiles only - charts and data tables will stay separate as is

I already selected the account I want to update brand on at the very first selection. When I try to import csv, it asks for selection over again. We should not have to select if I already did at the main selection at the top.

When you have a preset filter selected, can you add a small visual so the user knows a preset is active? Otherwise you wouldn't know a preset is active unless you open the filter dropdown or edit a chart, etc.
