[Feature] Product / Brand - Needs selection twice on the same brand page

I already selected the account I want to update brand on at the very first selection. When I try to import csv, it asks for selection over again. We should not have to select if I already did at the main selection at the top.

Also, it does not allow to change all the marketplace at once. You have to download for each marketplace to update separately
